At the heart of my work are my Intuitive Soul Readings — deeply personal sessions designed to offer clarity, confirmation, healing, and a stronger connection to your own inner knowing. These sessions are for the moments when life feels foggy, tender, uncertain, or quietly off-course. They are for crossroads, transitions, spiritual growing pains, and those seasons when something inside you knows change is calling — even if you cannot fully name it yet. This is not about prediction for the sake of performance nor spiritual theatre. And of course it is never about giving your power away. It is about me, guiding you to listen to your life beneath the noise.

About Me
A few fun facts about me: I’m a Cancer Sun, Gemini Moon, Libra Rising — which basically means I feel everything, think a thousand thoughts at once, and still want it all to look beautiful. I’ve also been blessed with deeply intuitive gifts woven through my Irish heritage, so yes, I absolutely listen when the Universe starts whispering. I’m a word nerd and an oil colour artist, completely obsessed with painting BIG, unapologetic florals on canvas. Honestly, life is far too short to live in beige. My home is splashed in bright colours, because joy deserves walls too. I live remotely on a farm high up in the mountains of the Little Karoo with my hubby and our five fur-kids, which is every bit as wild, magical, and heart-full as it sounds.
I believe in magic. I believe in healing. I believe life is meant to be lived with wonder, colour, and a little divine chaos. I believe the Universe is constantly showering us with flowers (always flowers) and blessings — if we’re open enough, brave enough, and soft enough to receive them.
The three words I try to live, lead, and work by are Truth, Kindness & Nurture.
Now, while I am clinically trained and an accredited holistic practitioner — and hold a Master of Divinity (MDiv), plus certification as a Trauma-Trained Hypnotherapist and Grief Counsellor — I’m not your standard, clipboard-and-clinical-voice kind of practitioner. My work is holistic, intuitive, embodied, and deeply human, blending somatic and relational psychology, intuitive energy support, and the potent wisdom of numerology, astrology and cosmic vibes. With over 30 years in the healing field, I know that growth rarely arrives wearing comfortable shoes. More often, it asks us to stretch, unravel, trust, and become.
It is a true joy of my heart to sit with you, hear your story, and walk beside you as you remember who you are.
