What is mine to carry

Price range: R650 through R900

A Frequency Codes Session for Grief, Loss, and the Field of All Possibility.

There is a question that arrives with grief. Not always in words. Sometimes just as a weight. A presence in the chest that has no name yet. What is mine to carry? This session is where that question begins, slowly, tenderly, to open into something else.

What This Session Holds is the loss of a loved one, to death. The loss of a child, to distance, to silence, to estrangement. The loss of a marriage. A business. A dream. The self you have not yet finished mourning. Your health. Every kind of gone.

This session does not ask you to put your grief down. It asks a different question. What is mine to carry? What belongs to this lifetime? What was handed to me before I was born? And where, in the Field of all possibility, might I find a new way to walk with this? Your numbers know.

More Information
The Doorsill

People are going back and forth across the doorsill where the two worlds touch. That is your work. That doorsill. That place where the world of the living and the world of loss, the world of what was and the world of what might still be, press against each other and become permeable.

Grief is not something to be fixed or finished or filed away. It is something to be carried, consciously, awake, with both hands. Knowing what belongs to you and what you have picked up that was never yours. Knowing which grief is ancestral and which is this lifetime. Knowing what the numbers say about how you specifically were coded to meet loss, and therefore how you specifically might find your way through it.

That is precise. That is rare. And that is what this session offers.

What The Numbers Know

Your name carries a code. Your birthdate holds a frequency. And inside those codes, written long before the loss arrived, is a map. Not a map out of grief. A map through it. Awake. Conscious. Carried well.

The Field has been speaking through the numbers of your loss all along. The dates carry meaning. The names carry vibration. The gap between who you were before and who you are becoming, the Field has been writing through all of it. All along.

This session listens to what it has been saying.

A Note From Sharyn

I have walked long fields of my own. I know what it is to carry something that has no name yet. To move through the ordinary days of life with something heavy and wordless sitting just beneath the surface of everything. And what I have learned, through my own grief and through thirty years of sitting with the grief of others, is this:

Most of us are carrying more than what belongs to us. Some of what we carry arrived before we were born. Ancestral. Inherited. Passed down through the bloodline like a frequency no one thought to name. Some of what we carry belongs to this lifetime, but not to this chapter. It is old grief, wearing new clothes, asking finally to be met. And some, the question mark that lives in the chest when you first reach out, is simply waiting for language. For precision. For someone to sit with it carefully enough to hear what it has been trying to say. That is what I am here for.

The question mark lives in your chest when you book. The session is where it begins, slowly, tenderly, to open into something else. You can survive this. The Field knows the way through. Let me take your hand.

Who This Reading Is For:

This session is for you if something in these words has already landed before you finished reading them.

  • For the soul carrying a loss that has no adequate name yet.

  • For the soul who has tried, with great effort and great courage, to put it down. And found that it will not stay down.

  • For the soul who suspects their grief is older than this lifetime, ancestral, inherited, carried in the bones before they knew what carrying meant.

  • For the soul who is not looking for someone to tell them it will be alright, but for someone to sit with them inside the not-alright, with full attention and deep care.

  • For the soul who is ready, not to stop grieving, but to grieve consciously.

  • For the soul who is ready to ask, what is mine to carry?

There is no wrong way to arrive here. Bring the weight exactly as it is. The Field can hold all of it.

What You Receive

A week before we meet, I begin. I sit with both names. Both birthdates. I sit with your name. Your birthdate. The numbers inside your loss, the dates, the names, the codes written into you long before grief arrived. I follow each thread wherever it leads, through the ancestral, through the personal, through the precise and tender map the Field has been building all along. I do not stop until the reading is complete.

Then, if you have chosen the live session, we meet. One hour together, on WhatsApp or Google Meet. Unhurried. Unrecorded. Held in full confidence and complete care. Just you, and the Field, and And everything the numbers found.

We walk through it together, slowly, tenderly, at exactly the pace you need. I share what the codes revealed. What is yours to carry. What was perhaps never yours at all. And where, in the Field of all possibility, a new way of walking might be waiting. And after, your full PDF arrives by email. Forty pages, beautifully prepared, yours to keep. To return to in the seasons ahead, because grief has seasons, and this map will mean something different each time you read it.

How to Arrive

When you feel ready, send a field note to → Write to me

Share your name and the name of the soul you are bringing into the Field with you. Your birthdates. And whatever feels true about the bond between you.

I will write back. And then, the work begins.

Two Ways to Arrive

💙 The Full Reading · Live and Written – Live and Written For the souls ready to walk through it together. One week of preparation. One hour, live — WhatsApp or Google Meet. Unhurried. Unrecorded. Held in full confidence. Your forty-page PDF arrives by email after the session.

💙 The Written Reading – To Be Received in Stillness. For the souls who want to read it together, slowly, in their own time, in their own space. One week of preparation. Your forty-page Meet Me in the Field reading arrives by email. To be read slowly. Perhaps aloud. Perhaps together, on a quiet evening, with something warm to drink and all the time in the world.

Out beyond the right and wrong of grief, there is a Field. The door is round and open. Don’t go back to sleep. 🌿
