About Me
Some fun facts about me: I’m a Cancer Sun, Gemini Moon, Libra Rising , blessed with intuitive gifts from my Irish heritage. As a Manifesting Generator in Human Design, I love embracing life’s magic! I believe that the Universe constantly blesses us if we’re open to receiving. Three words I like to live, lead and stand by, are Truth, Kindness & Nurture.
Whilst I am clinically trained, my approach is not that of a standard psychologist. My approach is holistic, blending somatic and relational psychology, intuitive energy support, along with the incredible transformative gifts of numerology. I focus on empathy and nurturing while providing a judgment-free space. With over 30 years in the healing field, I know that Growth often means stepping outside our comfort zones, and I’m here to support you on that journey!
